Lets learn how to be human again
Ever since I first watched this film, it has been an indispensable part of my Christmas and New Year repertoire. Even as I write this review, I am mixed with the emotions this film evokes as I watch it. And that is the feeling of happiness, the feeling of human warmth, the feeling of sadness and longing for beautiful honest moments. I consciously choose to watch this film during this period towards the end of the current year, because it encourages me to think about my good or bad deeds during the year, and I always find something I can fix. A film about Santa Claus, but not just about Santa Claus. This is a film about human nature, the destructive one and the one that is gentle and kind to other living beings. This is a film about humanity and what is happening within ourselves. That’s why it’s great and that’s why it awakens so much emotion in us. This film is a mirror of our souls.
