| Another Great Volume | |
| This series really is heartwarming and funny. We start to learn more about each of the character's pasts and histories. The character development is slow but really enjoyable to read. There are some dark and traumatic backstories introduced to us and that adds another level to the characters and plot. This is just a really great coming of age, high school story that deals with (complicated)crushes, friendships, growing up, anxieties, fears and trauma. And I can't tell you enough how much I love the lgbtq+ representation and hope we get a bit more down the road. The art and story are relatively simplistic yet beautiful. The last chapter in this volume threw me for a loop and had my heart racing but I think that shows how much I've really grown to enjoy these characters and their stories. | |
